C.H.O.C.O Milk was a SUCCESS!! ((:
three days of playing sports, doing art & craft and drama with the kids was madness+yayness.
day 1: ultra tired
perhaps cause sports was outdoor & i was super high! (tons of unglam pics taken, will upload when i collate all the pics)
art & craft was okay but the kids' imagination was really WOW.
drama was BAD! 4 grps in the activity room & we couldnt control them. we were praying hard for 330pm to reach so that we can break camp.
day 2: on the route to losing my voice
had indoor games as it was raining outside. wasnt as tiring as the kids were constraint by the area but the noise was LOUD.
art & craft was great! haha. we did a collage (so apt hor? like our gesl grp's name!) on rapunzel (:
we really did a collage can? will definitely upload that pic. we didnt have time to finish it nicely, cause i think i asked tj to draw her face too big heh. (and he drew it so fat too! ):)
we actually wanted to scrap drama & have some carolling session instead [thanks ashley (if that's how you spell your name) for offering to play the guitar for us! (:]
but the kids got all excited when they saw the props & costumes so i suppose it went well. (:
day 3: yayness + sadness
since tj used up almost all the backup games for wet weather, sigmund, chau choon, yan ping & me cracked our brains for a while to come up with 3 other games for the day in the early morn. haha. so last min! i suppose it ALWAYS happens to me. heh.
hmm, decided not to scold the kids today, so i kept quiet, ban them from the most interesting game & made them reflect! heh. tried knocking some sense into one of my problem kid.
then it was rehearsals & rehearsals & rehearsals all the way till the big thing!
everything was prepared then bad news!
5-10 mins before the big thing, my 'witch' left for swimming lessons! ))):
then i had to be the witch lor! ):
and evil ashley said i dont have to act as one! and he kept taking random pics of me in that short & ugly costume! ))':
but everything went well after that! ((:
during tea time, they almost made me cry! )':
but i didnt cause ashley was just standing in front of me! blah! haha.
& that problem kid said he'll miss me! aww! so sweet! (: i guess i did made an impact on him in the morn. (:
all good things will have to come to an end huh?
gesl execution is over, 3 days of having fun with the kids: I'LL MISS YOU KIDDOS! ((: (esp, the kids from my group, mavis, & bellamy!)
hopefully i got ashley's email add correct so that he can send us all the pics! heh. ((:
i think i'm a blessed girl when i'm surrounded with kids, even though they can really be VERY loud. but at least it took away whatever unhappy stuff that i'm undergoing now. and not to mention, pretty faces are what cheer me up too. heh.
